This Privacy Policy regulates the processing and use of personal and other data by the administrator of the sites of 2019 International Children's Games in Ufa (hereinafter, Operator).
By submitting personal and other data to the Operator through the Website, the User confirms his / her consent to the use of such data on the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.
If the User does not agree to the terms of this privacy Policy, they must stop using the Site.
Should the User start using the Site, it would be deemed as the unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
1. TERMS
1.1. Site means the sites on the Internet at http://icgufa2019.ru/. All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software and design) belong entirely to the Operator. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. User is the person using the Site.
1.3. Legislation is the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. Personal Data is the personal data of the User that they provide about himself / herself during the Registration or in the process of using the Site.
1.5. Data is other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).

1.8. Service(s) is the services provided by the Operator.

2.2.2 User identification;
2.2.3 interaction with the User;
2.2.4 sending promotional materials, information, and requests to the User;
2.2.5 statistical and other research;
2.2.6 processing of User payments;
2.2.7 monitoring of the User's operations in order to prevent fraud, illegal entries, and money laundering.
2.3. The Operator also processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, name, and patronymic;
2.3.2 e-mail;
2.3.3 mobile phone number;
2.3.4 address of the site.
2.4. The User is prohibited from providing personal data of third parties on the Site.
3. ORDER OF PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. The operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Federal Law "On personal data" No. 152-ФЗ as of July 27, 2006 and internal documents of the Operator.
3.2. Confidentiality in respect of the Personal and other Data of the User is maintained except in cases where such data are publicly available.
3.3. The Operator is entitled to keep an archive copy of the Personal Data and Data also after the removal of the User's account.
3.4. The Operator is entitled to transfer the Personal Data and User's Data without the User's consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 to state agencies, including inquiry and investigation authorities, and local government authorities following their motivated request;
3.4.2 Operator's partners;
3.4.3 in other cases expressly stipulated by the Russian law.
3.5. The operator is entitled to transfer Personal Data and Data to the third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:
3.5.1 the User has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary for the User to be able to use the Site or to provide Services to the User;
3.5.3 the transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), and the purchaser assumes all the obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy.
3.6. The Operator processes Personal Data and Data automatically.
4. CHANGE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) Personal Data through the Personal Account or by sending a written request to the Operator by e-mail mail@pandaworks.ru.
4.2. The User has the right to delete Personal Data at any time.
4.3. The User guarantees that all the Personal Data are up-to-date and do not belong to third parties.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
5.1. The operator shall ensure adequate protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Legislation and shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Personal Data.
5.2. The protection measures, among other things, allow to protect the Personal Data from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.
6. PERSONAL DATA OF THIRD PARTIES USED BY THE USERS
6.1. While using the Site, the User is entitled to enter the data of third parties for subsequent use.
6.2. The user undertakes to obtain the consent of the subject of personal data for the use through the Site.
6.3. The Operator does not use the personal data of third parties entered by the User.
6.4. The operator undertakes to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of personal data of third parties entered by the User.
7. OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
7.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with the applicable law at the place of registration of the Operator. Before applying to the court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the Operator a corresponding claim in writing. The period of response to the claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
7.3. If, for any reason, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
7.4. The operator is entitled at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes take effect the day after posting on the Site.
7.5. The user undertakes to track the changes in the Privacy Policy by reading the current version.
